The connection methods can be direct connect over a standard telephone line, or Internet connection (Dialup,ADSL,T1).
Interactive Online Software Support
Interactive Online Software Support allows the user of the software to teleconference with a live technical support representative that will both communicate the problem and the solution in non technical terms, and remote control the computer to expedite the return to operation.
